Who says you can’t find love on the internet? Nowadays, everyone is doing it! Carol and Michael met each other on Match.com. They started with the occasional date, which blossomed into a lasting relationship and low and behold – they’re getting married on October 3!

The Meatpacking District is really starting to grow on me. This was my second session in the same week. Christine and Andrew are such a natural couple — they didn’t need any instructions on posing. Please enjoy my Black + White series.

This has been one of the wettest summers in NYC – there was so much rain during the months of June & July. Occasionally, there were some exceptional days. The weather was perfect on this day’s shoot. I had the pleasure of photographing Ruth and Steve’s engagement session with Kevin.
Ruth & Steve wanted a park & urban scenes for their engagement session. We started in Central Park and worked our way towards the Chelsea/Meatpacking District. They met about 7 years ago at Rite Aid – both working as pharmacists. Their wedding is planned for October at the Watermill Caterers. I am definitely looking forward to their wedding. Lisa and John wanted an urban feel for their Engagement Session. After seeing some of the photos of another couple, they opted for the Lower East Side. I grew up in the LES — I’m so use to the neighborhood — I couldn’t decide where or how to shoot them. We ended up having an amazing time though, roaming the LES, LES Thompson Hotel and finishing off in Police Building Apartments, SOHO.
